Awesome....

It may never happen again, so I thought I'd best write about it when it did.

Gabi is out for sushi, leaving me with the girls. Insanely jealous, but I'll live with it, I suppose.

So Maya, Chloe and I are all down in the basement, and I'm on the computer with Mike Wilner doing my offseason setup stuff while the girls are playing away merrily. The costume bin was getting a major workout, and a good time was being had by all.

Then Chloe came up to me with her arms extended, crawled up into mine, and asked me to take her upstairs. I just told her to close her eyes, and I'd take her up when we're done. To my surprise, she did, and promptly fell asleep while I did one handed typing to finish things up.

Can't remember the last time she fell asleep in my arms - but I'm gonna cherish this one, because it might not ever happen again.
